Located just a few short minutes outside of downtown Beacon, Chateau Beacon's brunch menu offers Pancakes with Spiced Maple Syrup, Bananas Foster French Toast, Eggs Benedict Florentine, and a Vegetable Frittata. The booths are big at Chateau Beacon (as is the entire restaurant), and you'll find plenty of TVs surrounding the bar. To get there from Main Street, take a right on 9D, drive over the I-84 overpass, and take a left at the little statue of a soldier. Opens later in the morning, at 11am.
